The Ophelia is a hooded puffer coat made for the coldest part of the year. The outside is a quilted polyester shell in narrow channels, and the inside is lined with a soft faux fur that runs through the body and up into the hood. It falls past the hip, long enough to cover the top of the leg, so it reads as a proper winter coat rather than a light layer.
The cut is loose through the body, with room for a thick knit underneath, and the woven shell has no stretch, so it keeps its shape. A full front zip closes it from hem to chin, and the hood sits deep enough to frame the face when the wind picks up. Two zip pockets at the hip keep keys and a phone secure on a long walk or a cold commute.
Wear it over jeans and boots on a weekend, or over tailoring on the way to work.
