At SENA we keep shipping simple and predictable. Every order within the United States ships free, with no minimum spend.

Shipping Locations

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally, and orders cannot be placed for delivery outside the United States.

Delivery Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (MDT). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day, which can add one day to the estimate.
  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed it is handed to one of our carriers.
  • Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days, Monday to Friday
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 9 business days, Monday to Friday

Delivery times are estimates and can vary for reasons outside our control.

Carrier Services

We work with reliable carriers to deliver within the United States, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Costs

Every order within the United States ships free, with no minimum order value and no shipping charge added at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or lost, contact our customer service team straight away. We will chase it with the carrier and make sure your order reaches you safely.
