Nova is a seamless flare legging with no front seam. Removing the center front stitch takes away the ridge that shows through under light and the pressure line that presses in when seated, so the front panel stays smooth from waistband to hem. It is the difference between a legging that can be worn out of the gym and one that cannot.
The scrunch at the seat is cut to gather the fabric rather than compress it, which shapes without the tight banding that flattens through the hip. Combined with a high waisted rise that sits at the natural waist, the panel stays anchored through squats and hinges instead of rolling down at the top edge.
The wide leg flare and the fabric work together. A silk soft stretch knit has enough drape to hang open below the knee rather than clinging, and enough elastic memory to keep the high waist and the scrunch in place. It runs true to size with a snug fit through the hip and thigh, then releases into the flare.
