Rhea is a seamless legging, knit as a single tube with no side seams, so there is no raised line to rub on the inner thigh during running and repetitive lower body work. It also means no seam to split under load, the most common structural failure in a training legging.
The low ribbed waistband works differently from a flat elastic band. The rib is knit with alternating tension, so it grips along multiple narrow lines instead of one broad compression zone. That holds the waist in place through burpees and inversions without the band needing to be tight, and it springs back to shape rather than stretching out over repeated wears.
The nylon and elastane knit is built to hold its shape under sweat. Nylon carries the strength and abrasion resistance, elastane supplies the stretch and the return, and the seamless knit varies density across the garment so high stress zones at the seat and knee sit thicker than the breathable panels behind the knee and at the waist.

Flat garment measurements, taken with the legging relaxed and unstretched. Waist and hip are full circumference. The knit stretches well past these figures, so compare them to a pair you already own laid flat rather than to your own body.
